Vanguard Lending Group, Inc. formed Vanguard Construction Investors, LLC (VCI) in December 2003 to help streamline the workload and accommodate significant growth. VCI is a California limited liability company licensed as a California Finance Lender.

Along with streamlining the flow of business VCI allows us to expand our loan portfolio up to a maximum of $100,000,000.

Investors who own shares in VCI receive monthly interest checks reflecting the net yield of the overall portfolio. We underwrite every loan to assure we have a quality transaction. Our investors get a high yield on their investment, risk is diversified over our whole loan portfolio and the investment is secured by a first trust deed on new homes under construction. Our borrowers typically pay a note rate of 11% to 14% depending on the nature of the transaction.
